With a whopping 42g of protein per serving and only 2.7g of saturated fats, these creamy chocolate overnight oats will have you full until lunch time.

And FULL of skin loving goodness.

So what makes them so delicious, yet so healthy?

Meet Cacao Powder…

Cacao powder is the raw, less processed form of cocoa powder.

Meaning it has a lot less fat and sugar.

And a MUCH higher amount of minerals and nutrients.

Meaning Cacao Powder can:

Regulate skin cell regeneration √

Reduce acne √

Improve the skin’s overall appearance √

One tablespoon of this in your oats will give you that chocolatey, creamy taste.

Without the calories of cocoa powder.

And with all the goodness of cacao!

And Cacao Nibs!

Cacao nibs are filled with antioxidants that are going to repair and protect your skin.

These dreamy chocolate drops will increase blood flow to your skin, which will clear out your complexion like never before.

They’re essentially healthy chocolate chips for your oats!

If you like dark chocolate, these cacao nibs are pretty spot on.

And 100% vegan!

Chocolate Protein Powder

This is how the overnight oats keep you full for so long…

A healthy dose of protein!

There’s plenty of protein powders out there, but this Gold Standard is low in sugar and fat.

Getting rid of that insulin spike that normally causes acne!

This Chocolate Hazelnut flavour is a beautiful nutty chocolate taste, (basically Nutella in a powder), without being too sweet!

I find a lot of protein powders way too sweet and sickly.

However this one has a nice creamy taste, without being too sugary.

By far the cheapest place to find this protein powder is on Amazon (of course).

Chia Seeds

These chia seeds are what gives your oats a delicious creamy texture.

As well as HUGE health benefits.

Chia seeds are a great source of omega 3 which delays your skin aging.

As well as overflowing with antioxidants, to boost your complexion.

Recipe

  • 60g Rolled Oats

  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Protein Yoghurt (I use SKYR)

  • 120ml of Milk (or any milk alternative – I sometimes use oat milk!)

  • 1 tablespoon of Cacao Powderthis is what gives the oats that lovely chocolatey flavour, without the calories of cocoa powder!

  • 1 tablespoon of Cacao Nibs– the healthy way to have chocolate chips in your breakfast!

  • 10g of Chia Seeds – making your oats lovely and creamy. Plus extra benefits such as antioxidants, omega 3 and full of fibre

  • 1 Teaspoon of Manuka Honeyto add a sweet kick, Manuka honey is a healthy addition to your daily routine as it’s full of antimicrobials and anti-inflammatories

Give it a good stir!

Now it’s time to choose your toppings…

Raspberries

The sweetness of the raspberries compliments the richness of the dark chocolate flavour perfectly.

Absolutely bursting with Vitamin C, raspberries increase skin hydration and prevents skin damage from the sun.

Hazelnuts

This chocolate nutty combination is the healthy way to have a nutella flavoured breakfast!

Hazelnuts are full of Vitamin E, which fills the skin with moisture.

Boosting collagen and delaying aging!

Terrys Chocolate Orange

A splash of orange juice mixed into the oats (around 20 ml), and a zest of orange grated on top.

These give your oats that sweet kick and some extra vitamin C!

Orange zest in particular helps to renew dead skin cells.

And moisturise dehydrated skin.

The Bounty Bar

Desicated coconut has next to no calories in, but huge health benefits.

It can reduce inflammation, minimize your pores and prevent your skin from any damage.

Chocolate Banana

Chocolate and banana go beautifully together.

And bananas are full of fibre that will flush out all of your toxins and prevent acne.

With minerals such as potassium and magnesium these help to nourish your skin from the inside out.
